Students began their understanding of the basics of a research project this week. They are learning to take notes and summarize what they are reading rather than copying what another person has written. This unit encompasses many themes in science and also in ELA as they are learning about paragraphing as well. Final products could be in Powerpoint or Word that were shared with the class.
