The Fifth Grade music classes used the activotes and the Promethean board to assess their progress in elementary music. RRISD District Elementary Music teachers created the assessment to be able to benchmark the progress of students at the beginning and at the end of their fifth grade year. The assessment data is used internally only, for purposes of equity across the district and within each campus. The students enjoy it because they're able to use some the interactive technology devices!
