Kinder learning about web navigation

For this round of Kinder technology lessons, we focused on web navigation. Students learned the difference between an icon, a button and a link and how each looks and is treated differently. We don't always double click! We navigated through our school web site to their teacher's web page, then learned about the back arrow to return to the Sommer site. Students were given a few minutes to interact with Starfall.com, an excellent early reading website, where they were able to use some of these navigation techniques.
