Third Grade Powerpoint Lessons

I am beginning a set of lessons with all of the third grade classes to introduce powerpoint to the students. They learned about basic formatting; adding pages, layout, font, inserting clipart, design. We also focused on using powerpoint appropriately by organizing it for the audience that each project is intended for. Using the space to design something that is not only pleasing to the eye but also conveys the point of the project without a lot of clutter. Students will use this knowledge to create a presentation on their study of the planets in our solar system.
