Fifth Grade students were given the opportunity to join an animation club this year, hosted by one of our Art Teachers, Mrs. Childress. The students created clay characters and then used digital cameras and animation software to make stop action claymation videos. The students had to develop their story idea and then carefully stage each picture to make their story come alive much like a cartoonist has to draw each frame to show the motion of each object or character. The results of their efforts are pretty amazing!
