Showcase Teacher...Cameron Baker!

Mrs. Baker is a Second Grade Teacher at Sommer Elementary. This is her fifth year as part of the Second Grade Teaching Team at Sommer. Mrs. Baker integrates technology regularly in her lessons and activities with her students. She's even invited in guest's from the community to her class to describe and demonstrate the cool technology jobs that they have!

Here are just a few of the ways that she uses technology:

• Discovery Streaming
• Various online resources for understanding, reinforcement of concepts, activities, and enrichment

One of her favorite lessons that uses technology is when the students are preparing their science projects. Interactive websites are the next best thing and a safer alternative to conduct amazing experiments!
