Becoming better writers with Skype!

Mrs.Spalding's 4th Grade class is using Skype to have writing conferences with Region 13 Language Arts Content Coordinator, Nicole Hohensee. Mrs. Hohensee helps teach writing lessons in the classroom, and then Skypes with students so that she can give feedback virtually more frequently than her time allows in person. Now that the class has had practice using Skype, they are hoping to have several guest speakers from around the globe via Skype for their next Project Based Learning unit: Project Empathy.
